# One Shot Drone Tours (OSDT)

> North Carolina FPV drone media team covering the Charlotte and Raleigh metros. Cinematic indoor flythroughs, HDR photos, exterior aerials, and 2D floor plans for residential listings, commercial real estate, venues, restaurants, hotels, and production. 24-hour delivery on standard packages. FAA Part 107 certified. $1M liability insured. Founded February 2025 by Marshal Herrmann.

Service area: two home metros at identical rates. Charlotte metro (shot by Hunter Sowers) and Raleigh / the Triangle (shot by Marshal Herrmann, who is based in Raleigh), covering Wake County including Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Holly Springs, Garner, and Knightdale. Durham and Chapel Hill are quoted with a small travel line. Regular travel to Asheville, Greenville, and the Carolina coast. International for hospitality clients. Charlotte listings deliver to Canopy MLS; Triangle listings deliver to Doorify MLS.

Triangle airspace: Raleigh-Durham (RDU) is Class C, covering much of central Raleigh, Morrisville, Cary, and Brier Creek. Commercial flights inside it are authorized through LAANC before the shoot. Downtown Raleigh sits beside the State Capitol and Legislative Building, where restrictions can appear with little warning. FDC NOTAM 4/3621 closes a 3 nautical mile radius up to 3,000 feet AGL for one hour either side of events at stadiums seating 30,000 or more, which includes NC State football at Carter-Finley.
