Hi, I'm Marshal, from One Shot Drone Tours. From racing FPV drones in my backyard to pioneering cutting-edge real estate media, my path has been anything but conventional. At One Shot Drone Tours, we've evolved into Charlotte's most innovative full-service real estate media company. What started with a mobile detailing business to fund my hobby has transformed into a comprehensive solution for real estate professionals - offering everything from professional MLS photography and aerial shots to detailed floor plans, with our signature indoor drone tours setting us apart from the competition.
Based in Charlotte, NC, we're redefining property marketing by combining traditional real estate media services with breakthrough drone cinematography. While balancing senior year at Myers Park High School with entrepreneurship, I've built a business that delivers the complete package: stunning photography, interactive floor plans, dramatic aerial footage, and our game-changing indoor drone tours that capture spaces in ways that traditional methods simply can't match.

In order to produce real estate content that stands out, you need the right gear. For the camera nerds that want to know, this is what I use:
FujiFilm X-T4
An incredible proffesional hybrid photo and video camera, it packs a punch. Featuring 4k 60 10 bit, and up to 24mp, this camera is more than enough for creating great content.
Dji Avata 2
The best drone on the market for drone tours. Featuring an incredible 4k 60 10 bit video capabilities, I primarily shoot 4:3 to use for vertical and horizontal content. This drone is how I can achieve such smooth videos, effortlessly moving room to room and outside to inside. I use the fly more combo and the RC3 manual fpv controller in normal mode.
All the best features from DJI's top of the line gimbals into one compact set up. Incredibly smooth and seamless to use, it helps make our content look the best. Primarily in pan follow mode with custom settings and a nato grip.

I use a fuji 10-24 F4 for most real estate photo and video, and the sigma 18-50 f2.8 for most detail shots, portraits and the most versatility
I use a Macbook Pro 14 and an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Both very powerful and reliable and frequently use my iphone as a B cam recording in ProRes Log for BTS shoots and interviews. I use the full adobe suite for editing and imagen AI for real estate photo editing.
I use two sub250 Huma20 2inch 4s cinewhoop drones for complex fly-throughs, equipped with the dji 04 pro for best image quality. I also have a speedy bee master 5 v2 5 inch cinematic drone which I use for fast paced action and diving mountains / buildings. RC3 controller and DJI goggles 3.
