One Shot Drone Tours was founded in February 2025 to close the gap between what Charlotte's top-producing agents needed and what their brokerages were giving them, static exteriors, phone gimbal walk-throughs, and a two-week turnaround.
Nineteen months in, we're a team of four pilots and creatives working weekly with Charlotte's top 1% of agents, commercial brokers, businesses, and event spaces. Every shoot still ships fast. We still answer the phone.

What do you actually shoot?
FPV drone flythroughs (interior + exterior), HDR photos, exterior aerials, floor plans, and cinematic video. Primary verticals: Charlotte real estate, commercial spaces (CRE, developments, businesses, restaurants), wedding and event venues, and agency-side production work.
What does it cost?
Residential packages start at $295 (Photo) or $395 (FPV Drone Tour) and scale by square footage on a ladder published at every size. The full kit (Standard) starts at $595, Elite cinematic from $995. Commercial, venue, and production work is quoted per project. Commercial starts at $400 for ground or aerial photography, $600 for an FPV walkthrough, and $1,000 for all three together. How fast is delivery?
24 hours on standard residential and commercial shoots. Cinematic edits with licensed music run 3–5 business days. Event-day coverage (weddings, galas) delivers in 5–7 business days. Production work delivered per call-sheet.
Do I need to be at the property?
Not for residential, lockbox, CentralShowing code, or key handoff is fine. Plenty of shoots happen without the agent on-site. Commercial and venue shoots usually benefit from a brief walk-through, but it's not required if you can share a scope in writing.
Are you licensed and insured?
All pilots are FAA Part 107 certified. $1M liability baseline. COI with additional insured endorsement available same-day on request. Higher-limit policies ($2M, $5M) bound for productions that require them.
What's FPV, and why should I care?
FPV, first-person-view, means the drone is piloted through goggles at a human pace, flying through doorways, down hallways, and out windows in a single unbroken take. It's the difference between watching a room and feeling like you're walking it. Full breakdown on /fpv.
What areas do you cover?
Two metros, both at standard rates. Charlotte (Ballantyne, Myers Park, Lake Norman, Fort Mill, Waxhaw, Concord) is covered by Hunter, and Raleigh and the Triangle (Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Garner) by Marshal, who is based there. Durham and Chapel Hill are quoted with a small travel line. Asheville, Greenville, and the Carolina coast we travel to regularly, quoted with travel and lodging.
Who owns the footage?
You do. Every deliverable includes unrestricted usage rights for marketing, MLS, leasing, web, social, and paid campaigns. We retain the right to show work in our own portfolio unless the project is under NDA.
