The total finished, heated, above-grade interior square footage of a home, measured per ANSI Z765. The figure that goes in the MLS sqft field. Standard floor plans included with Photo and Standard packages are NOT GLA-compliant; the ANSI / GLA add-on is.
Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability. The FAA system commercial drone pilots use to request near-real-time authorization to fly in controlled airspace. We file LAANC for every Charlotte Class B and Concord JQF Class D shoot.
The federal commercial small-drone operator certification. Every OSDT pilot holds an active Part 107 certificate. Required for all paid drone work, indoor and outdoor.
The FAA's drone-broadcast requirement, in effect since September 2023. Every OSDT aircraft transmits Remote ID position and operator data during flight. Compliance is built into the rigs we fly.
