The Photo package starts at $295 for listings under 2,000 sqft and scales by square footage on a published ladder, no quote games. It covers HDR interior and exterior photos, a 2D floor plan, an interactive 3D tour, and a virtual twilight. The Standard package at $595 adds exterior aerials and the FPV walkthrough video. How many photos come with a shoot?
Typically 30 to 45 edited images on a 2,000 to 3,000 sqft listing, with 2 to 3+ angles per room, key details, and front and rear exteriors. Larger homes get proportionally larger sets. We cull and edit, you never get 200 near-duplicates to sort through.
How fast is delivery?
24 hours on every photo package. MLS-ready files land in a branded Aryeo gallery with full-resolution masters and MLS-sized exports, individually downloadable.
Do I need to be at the property?
No. Lockbox, CentralShowing code, or key handoff all work. We confirm access in writing before shoot day, adjust staging in real time (blinds, lights, towels, remotes), and leave the property exactly as we found it.
What makes your photos different from other Charlotte photographers?
The $295 package is complete: floor plan, 3D tour, and virtual twilight are included where most Charlotte photographers quote each as a separate line item. And because the same team shoots FPV walkthrough video, a listing that warrants video upgrades to Standard on the same shoot, one crew, one invoice, one delivery.
Do you shoot twilight?
Both kinds. A virtual twilight (day shot converted to dusk) is included in the package. True twilight shoots, on-site at dusk with interior lights staged, are quoted per listing and worth it on $1M+ properties where the lead photo carries the campaign.
