Yes, most restaurants, hotels, and event spaces prefer early-morning or post-close shoots. We schedule around operating hours and typically do pre-open captures for hospitality clients at no added cost.

$1M liability policy. COI available on request with additional insured endorsement, usually same-day. FAA Part 107 certified pilots, and we file airspace authorizations for controlled zones when required.

You do, unrestricted usage rights for marketing, leasing, web, social, and paid campaigns on every commercial deliverable. We retain the right to show work in our own portfolio unless the project is under NDA.

24 hours on single-location commercial shoots. Cinematic edits with licensed music run 3–5 business days. Construction progress deliverables go out within 48 hours of capture.

Yes, monthly or bi-weekly captures with consistent frame registration (same altitude, heading, and composition each visit). Ideal for pre-sale marketing, investor updates, and final before/after reels. See the Developments section above.

Yes, and often preferred. We can deliver raw files, graded masters, and edited cuts to an agency for integration into a broader campaign, or produce the full edit in-house. Brand guidelines, shot lists, and storyboards all welcome.

Charlotte metro is included. Asheville, Raleigh, Greenville, and the Carolina coast, we travel regularly. Out-of-region and multi-day shoots are quoted with travel and lodging.
