The $1,750 native FPV day rate includes Hunter on the sticks, all prosumer FPV rigs in our kit (DJI Air 3S, DJI Avata 2, SPYDR iTSY Evo with O4 Pro, plus other O4 Pro indoor and racing variants), batteries for a full shoot day, on-set download and backup, and a same-day OCN handoff at wrap. It does not include cinema camera bodies; those step up through the cinelifter tiers.
The cinelifter is a custom-built frame engineered to carry a cinema camera body safely on FPV maneuvers, not a stock consumer rig. The Blackmagic Micro Cinema G2 is included at this rate (12-bit BRAW, native 4K), which gets you a proper color-gradeable codec for agency review and broadcast delivery. The differential covers the rig time, the camera body, additional insurance, and the BRAW offload workflow on set.
RED Komodo rentals alone run $800–$1,200/day on the open market, and R3D delivery adds a data-wrangler layer on set (cards, offload verification, proxy generation). The $4,200 day rate bundles all of that (the Komodo body, R3D media, on-set wrangling, and ProRes proxy deliverables) into a single line item you can drop into a budget. It's priced at mid-market for a regional cinelifter operator.
$1M liability baseline. COI with additional insured endorsement available same-day. For productions requiring $2M, $5M, or production-specific rigs insurance, we'll bind the policy and send proof of coverage before the call sheet goes out. FAA Part 107 certified; we file airspace waivers for controlled zones.

Domestic with a week's notice. International with 2–3 weeks and additional rigging logistics. Day rate stays the same; we quote travel and lodging separately. Our gear travels in flyable ATA cases and has cleared customs on previous shoots.
Two weeks is standard. One week is workable for Charlotte-metro shoots when the scope is tight. Rush lead times (48–72h) are quoted with a surcharge depending on rig and crew availability.
