Empty-venue showcase: aerials of grounds and arrival, FPV flythroughs of ballrooms and event halls, golden hour and twilight exteriors when the light does the selling. HDR stills for your website hero, listing platforms, and brochure spreads. Wedding venues, event spaces, private clubs.
Live event capture, shot with venue approval and around guest experience. Galas, launches, takeovers, themed nights, and seasonal events. Key-moment coverage delivered as a 60–90 second highlight plus a 3–4 minute extended cut within a week.
A couple who tours the property books at a far higher rate than one who only enquires online, so the job of venue media is to turn a browser into a site visit. The showcase covers every event space, not one room: grounds and exterior aerials, an FPV walkthrough of each space, HDR stills, and vertical cuts sized for a weekly posting cadence. Event-day coverage is quoted by duration, crew count, and delivery window, and most weddings run $1,750–$3,200.

Had the opportunity to work with Marshal through my place of work (The Independent Picture House). He was extremely flexible, creative, and open to our ideas while focused on the project needs and deliverables. Super grateful for his time, talent, and patience and look forward to working with him again!
My drone footage was amazing! And my listing was set apart from the others. It was creative, clear, and crisp. The drone even flew out the window into the back yard! I highly recommend One Shot Drone Tours!
My session with One Shot Drone Tours by Marshal was a complete success. Marshal was able to do a beautiful drone tour of the inside of my business, and take professional photos of the space for the website. The services were professional, the turnaround was super quick for receiving the content, and we're excited to work with One Shot Drone Tours again in the near future.
I was extremely pleased with the outcome of the video tour on this listing. The quality surpassed our expectations. I used the video in marketing the home, providing a perspective that was fresh and edgy. The skill Marshal has in navigating the drone and editing the video is amazing and worth it. I highly recommend One Shot Drone Tours.
Great experience from start to finish with Marshal! Professional and thorough, I would highly recommend his services!
As a Realtor, working with One Shot Drone Tours has transformed how I showcase my listings. Marshal's drone tour videos always impress my seller clients and offer potential buyers the opportunity to tour the home before stepping foot in the door. His drone tours give buyers a feel for the layout of a home in a way listing photos can't. Every video is thoughtfully edited, with smooth transitions and great pacing. Marshal is professional, punctual, and collaborative. If you're in real estate and looking to elevate the marketing of your listings, reach out to One Shot Drone Tours. This is high-end visual marketing at its finest.
The team is awesome to work with. I've partnered on multiple jobs with Marshal and the team and they are all professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The style and quality of work they deliver is beyond anything I've seen here in Charlotte, a real asset to their clients.
Highly recommend One Shot Drone Tours! I needed new exterior shots and an updated drone video after my sellers vacated the home. Marshal and Alexander were both professional, responsive, and pleasant to work with. Their attention to detail and quality of work truly stood out from the others. They were punctual, efficient, and took their time. The exterior photos and drone footage turned out amazing and showed the property beautifully.
Marshal and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with! We cannot wait to share the amazing drone video and aerial shots they captured for us to help with location and engagement on our social media platforms.
For empty-venue showcase shoots (grounds + ballroom + exterior), 2–3 weeks is comfortable. For event-day coverage, 4–6 weeks is ideal, we limit weekend bookings in wedding season (April–October) to keep quality high.
Both. Venues typically book us once for empty-mode showcase content (the version that goes on your website and Instagram feed), then separately for live event coverage when they want a specific wedding or gala captured. Many venues bundle the two.
Typically: grounds aerials before guests arrive, ceremony FPV coverage from a respectful distance, reception ballroom shots, first-dance aerial, and a sparkler/exit capture. Deliverables: a 60–90 second highlight reel plus a 3–4 minute extended cut. Turnaround is 5–7 business days.
Yes, and often preferred. We take direction from planners, venue marketing teams, or outside agencies the same way we'd take it from a DP on a production set. Shot lists, call sheets, and brand guidelines are all welcome.
Our FPV cinewhoop rigs are ducted, safe to fly indoors at low altitude, including over occupied dance floors and ceremony processions when the venue approves. We coordinate with venue staff on altitude rules and quiet-hours windows.
Empty-venue showcase shoots: we reschedule free of charge for rain, high winds, or low visibility. Event-day coverage: we show up regardless, most weddings don't move for weather. FPV cinewhoops cover indoor reception if outdoor ceremony is compromised.
Yes, if the venue owns the primary deliverable and wants to resell/license to the couple, or if the couple wants to commission us independently of the venue. Standard pricing, we coordinate rights and licensing up front.
$1M liability. Certificate of insurance with additional insured endorsement available on request, we'll name your venue and any relevant vendor or estate. FAA Part 107 certified.
Charlotte metro is standard. Ballantyne, Myers Park, Lake Norman, Fort Mill, Waxhaw, Concord. For destination venues in the Carolina mountains, coastal regions, or beyond, we travel with notice. Out-of-metro shoots quoted with travel.
Send dates, venue, and a rough sense of scope, we'll come back within a day with a proposal, availability, and reel links that match what you're shooting for.
